International protection of intellectual property
Article Abstract:
Various policies of governments intended to induce protection of intellectual property in global economy are discussed and analyzed. A study of international patent agreements is also presented to identify the intellectual property protection in built therein and to examine the need for harmonization of the relevant policies.
