A linear quadratic model has been used to evaluate the economic factors that influence the management of inventories at small and large firms in US and UK. Additional information on the relationship between the performance of capital market and inventory investment decisions is also included.

The probability that a smoker does not purchase tobacco: a note
Article Abstract:
The demand for, and purchase of, tobacco by a smoker during a survey is discussed. The probability of tobacco purchases during a week-long survey is detailed, and the different models showed novel data by the use of each model.
