Mass privatization in Central and East European countries: implications for corporate governance
Article Abstract:
A theoretical analysis of mass privatization of property rights in the new Central and Eastern European countries is presented. In order to have a proper understanding of the new governance structure, this theoretical approach is compared to traditional approaches to form a set of questions that guide the analysis of mass privatization.
