Article Abstract:
The economic effect of nominal rigidity and monetary uncertainty was assessed in a country with open economy. Nominal rigidities monetary uncertainty's effect in an open economy tends to be significant when the arrival of a signal warning, which informs financial variability, is perceived as an unforseen risk. Such condition undermines the exchange rate and energizes economic output.
