Oligopoly experimentation of learning with simulated markets
Article Abstract:
Experimental methods were utilized to analyze learning behavior under oligopoly market condition. The studies involve creation of a simulated oligopoly market that is finitely repeated. The acquisition of experience by subjects during the game acts as a bond between successive markets. The analysis also involves validation of a linear oligopolistic model characterized by companies creating a differentiated product with prices as their only strategic variable.

Political influence over Supreme Court criminal procedure cases
Article Abstract:
An analysis of Supreme Court voting decisions between 1953 and 1993 reveals that presidential and congressional influences may be seen in court behavior. The study highlights that the Supreme Court may not be a truly autonomous decision-making body as political impact is present in court behavior. The study refutes the popular notion that the court is unaffected by political decisions.
