On high inflation and the allocation of resources
Article Abstract:
Inflation leads buyers to be less selective, and discourages entrepreneurship, resulting in lower economic growth. Developing countries which bring inflation under control also experience significant restructuring. The relationship of inflation and resource allocation is analyzed.

A study to analyze the effect of margin requirements on asset prices and trading volume in a general equilibrium asset pricing model, where Epstein-Zin investors differ in their degree of risk aversion, is presented.
