Paying respect
Article Abstract:
Employers can motivate their workers through monetary rewards and respect because workers benefit from what they perceive as other's opinion of them. Giving an employee some attention and being a good audience to their employees are some of the ways employers can pay respect. Another method is for employers to limit the information available to others that would influence opinion regarding an employee.
