Technology, factor supplies and international specialization: estimating the neoclassical model
Article Abstract:
A neoclassical analysis of specialization among countries involved in the manufacture of goods reveals that relative technology levels and factor supplies are important determinants of specialization. The study reveals that technology advantage has a significant effect on international specialization and factor supplies such as capital, labor and land have a large effect on output shares.

Distance, time, and specialization: lean retailing in general equilibrium
Article Abstract:
The effects of various aspects of transportation like distance, skills and time on retailing are examined based on the U.S. apparel imports. Other aspects of business logistics that are optimal for retail trade are also discussed.
