Turkmenistan's relations with its central Asian neighbors in the areas of intraregional trade, transport, transit, water-energy nexus, foreign direct investment, security issues and human index issues are analyzed. Country's relations with U.S., Russia, Iran, etc are also discussed.

Statistical methods for measuring core inflation in Kyrgyzstan are evaluated. Superiority of exclusion method and standard deviation trimmed-means method is highlighted.
