The Russian system of unemployment protection in the context of international experience
Article Abstract:
The crisis of Russia's underemployment protection is looked into. The failure to solve the problem of concentrated unemployment, weaker protection of wage labor, increased risk of job loss with decreased prospects of finding new work, and low level of coverage of economically active population by government employment assistance programs, are discussed.
