Search frictions, market power, and long run growth
Article Abstract:
The effects of search frictions on market structure, capital accumulation, and long-run growth are studied by using AK growth model in a product market research. The results showed negative correlation between the growth and the stock market induced by a lower search cost.

The correlation between economic integration, labor agglomeration, and economic growth and their effect on the goods trade in a middle-product economy is discussed.
