A seasonally adjusted net of minus 1 percent of all firms have reported higher average selling prices, which is unchanged in February 2003 with a 12-month average 1 percent of owners raising prices which is near the all-time low of net zero percent. The frequency of planned price hikes raised to a seasonally adjusted net 22 percent of all firms with inflation not a threat in the near term.

A survey is conducted to find the most important problem faced by small businessman. The findings indicate that increased insurance cost remains at the top of the problem list followed by tax.
