Small business capital outlays
Article Abstract:
The statistical data of small business capital outlays is presented month wise from the year 1998 to 2003. It was observed that reports of outlays in the first six months of 2003 fell to 56 percent of all firms, down by one point and capital spending plans were reported by 26 percent of all firms, down two points from June.
