Social relations and cooperation in organizations
Article Abstract:
Social relations affect organizational cooperation. An established link between social and production relations leads to employee productivity. A high level of social relations among employees contributes to 'social capital or the amount of enforcement power present in a social relation. Social capital in turn contributes to a disciplined workplace behavior. Social and production linkage also increases the level of trust among employees. Lastly, it can lead to information disclosure among employees that employers may find useful in making industrial relation policies.

Social learning with case-based decisions
Article Abstract:
Information flows affect aggregated decision processes in a society. An individual's accumulated information can come from two experiences: his own and the experiences of others. Thus, communication structures affect social learning. In a binary decision problem, the social learning path may be analyzed in four basic communication structures: complete information, star communication and delta-neighbourhood communication structures, and communication in subpopulations or cliques.
