Stages of growth in economic development
Article Abstract:
A two-sector model of endogenous growth with two same features of economic development, which are stages of sustained growth and underdevelopment traps, are examined. The model exhibits the possibility of slowing down in productivity growth of an economy, as a phenomenon during the transition from low growth stage to high growth stage.

The economic case for international labor standards is explored. Static and dynamic economic efficiencies can benefit workers in developed countries and it also raise wages, employment and output in developing countries.
