Strategic managerial incentives under adverse selection
Article Abstract:
A study on strategic contract model is presented. The study examines such a model where the owner finalizes the compensation schemes for the managers before the manager takes output decisions. Adverse selection factors are introduced in the models to assess the effect of private knowledge on such contracts.
