The AEA's electronic publishing plans: a progress report
Article Abstract:
The Electronic Publishing Committee of the American Economic Assn endeavors to provide current and back issues of business journals on the Internet. Areas of concern in the continuing expansion of electronic distribution of business information include the need to filter the increasing number of journals, provision for customizable depth of information, and the institution of a way for journal authors to interact with commentators.

The original management incentive schemes
Article Abstract:
The original incentive schemes, inititiated by Du Pont and General Motors in the 1920s, that related executive compensation to stock prices, are analyzed. It is argued that these schemes would address many of the criticisms of the present executive stock option plans.
