The conomies and law of sexual harassment in the workplace
Article Abstract:
The economic principle of why certain kinds of contracts, such as one where a worker is subjected to sexual harassment, is suggested to be legally banned. A theoretical model to explain why society may desire legislative intervention to control sexual harassment in the work place is constructed.

Repugnance and its consequences in market transactions are discussed. The selling of tissue, lending money for interest, slavery, gambling, adoption and other examples of markets wherein repugnance has been established as a constraint on the market are presented.
