The Pareto optimal allocations, when agents have risk-sensitive preferences, is presented. The steady states, optimal allocations, risk-sensitive and time-additive preferences are discussed.

Multiple transitional growth paths in endogenously growing open economies

This paper applies indeterminacy research to an endogenous two-sector growth model. It is further demonstrated that an equilibria continuum is possible in two situations.
