Article Abstract:
Testing the multiplicity of equilibria for the purpose of determining behavior in various economic conditions reveals that market failures are caused by the lack of coordination between economic agents. Testing of multiple equilibria reveals that there are unique values for equilibria to have a one-to-one correspondence with other values so that if these values are not maintained, market failure results.
