The impact of China's WTO entry on the world labour-intensive export market: a recursive dynamic CGE analysis
Article Abstract:
A study was conducted to analyze the effects of China's entry to the World Trade Organization on world labour-intensive exports. A recursive dynamic general equilibrium framework of world trade and production was utilized to carry out the analysis for the period 1995 to 2010. It focused on the influence of eliminating quotas and the substitution between China and other Asia developing nations' labor-intensive manufactures. The analysis also examined the influence of China's entry on international production and trade patterns.

Anti-dumping duty versus price negotiations
Article Abstract:
A study was conducted to analyze the issue of negotiations against anti-dumping duty results using a quantity competition framework. Two kinds of negotiated agreements were considered as results were determined by the familiar reaction-curves diagram. Results indicated the possibility of a failure of negotiations. Findings also showed that both negotiated and anti-dumping-duty are possible under asymmetric information.
