Vehicle recovery services
Article Abstract:
A number of factors are serving to boost the UK market for vehicle recovery services. These include the ageing of the car parc, the growth in the size of the car parc and the increase in the average distance travelled per vehicle. The leading vehicle recovery service is the AA, with more than 9 million members, followed by the RAC, at approaching 6 million members. It is anticipated that the proportion of drivers joining a vehicle recovery service will remain at least constant.
