Article Abstract:
An analysis of the higher education sector in the United Kingdom and the impact the government's higher education bill will have. It is argued that as a result of concessions made to get the bill passed, universities in the UK will still not have enough money to function effectively and that an inquiry is needed to come up with an integrated higher education system that will work effectively in the UK in the 21st century.
