Article Abstract:
An analysis of the problems universities face in dealing with the bad behavior of students and the legal and disciplinary tools available to them to help bring errant individuals back into line. One possible tool for universities could be antisocial behavior orders, which are currently only available to the police, local councils and housing associations, but critics of this plan believe it to be a step too far and that it would infringe students' rights.
