Darts, dogs and dusting
Article Abstract:
Some men believe their role is changing in society, making them less masculine and increasingly irresponsible. Others feel that relationships are changing and men must accept that women want a career and economic independence. Some men claim there is a difference in the way children develop if they are brought up in single-parent families, with fathers offering a sociological contribution as well as a biological one. Some men who take over domestic responsibilities when unemployed while their wives work claim they do gain some satisfaction but not as much as when earning.

The battle for rights to ideas
Article Abstract:
There are conflicting explanations to the question of intellectual property right (IPR) ownership. While the National Postgraduate Committee leaves all rights to the student; a 1991 Committe of Vice Chancellors and Principals puts ownership with the university; and the Inter-Company Academic Relations Group states that IPR rests with the company which funds the graduate student. The subject is discussed further.
