Article Abstract:
Birmingham University and Teesside University are among the top most improved public institutions for ethnic diversity and race equality, according to a UK-wide equal opportunities benchmarking exercise conducted by Race for Opportunity (RfO), an independent race-equality policy assessment organisation.
