Funding: If Others Can Do It, So Can You
Article Abstract:
When raising money for large projects, traditional fund raisers such as bake sales are inappropriate. However, most people are not familiar with raising large amounts of money, and fear it. Therefore, it must be remembered that funding agencies are interested in helping schools finance computers, and several projects which financed computers in education are listed. This list exemplifies that there is a wide range of potential foundations willing to support a diverse range of projects.

Funding: Education and Economic Growth
Article Abstract:
The report of the Task Force on Education for Economic Growth emphasizes the raising of our educational standards. It says that we must redefine our basic skills and that we must be able to teach these new basic skills to all students. In order for our economy to grow, we must also have a closer relationship between education and business.
