How did you perform?
Article Abstract:
The publication of performance indicators for British universities have been criticised by some higher education experts who have suggested the benchmarking system has not taking into consideration the problem of social exclusion. Others have pointed out universities outlive governments therefore they must not be used purely to fulfill political objectives in education. The government has warned the universities they must tackle areas were they are not reaching the required standards. The problems of high drop out rates must also be resolved.
