Developing Software As a Class Project
Article Abstract:
A process is described for developing software in a secondary school classroom. This four step process involves setting goals and objectives, deciding on user interaction, preparation of a storyboard for evaluation, and the separation of the class into programming, graphics and user manual teams. It is suggested that utility programs be used to simplify the programming and speed up the graphics and animation creation. The program will need to be thoroughly tested, and then may be submitted to a publisher with a proposal.
