Media Specialists Adopt a Teacher
Article Abstract:
The English Journal has suggested a technique to improve teacher use of available media resources, while improving the relationships beween classroom teachers and media specialists. This technique involves becoming friendly with the teachers at lunch and being invited to visit the classrooms. The media person can then offer to leave the teacher resources for an assignment. Finally, the teacher can bring the students to the media center, and the media person can promote the experience.
