HomeWord: The Personal Word Processor
Article Abstract:
HomeWord: The Personal Word Processor is a user-friendly, easy to learn, RAM-based word processor that comes on a single, copy-protected disk. HomeWord is self-loading and menu driven. Its first level menu has icons for Print, Edit, File, Layout, Customize and Disk Utilities. HomeWord comes with a user's manual, reference card and introductory lessons. Although the text appears in forty columns, a miniature version of how the page will look when printed is displayed on the screen. HomeWord also lets the user know how much space is left in memory. At a cost of $50, HomeWord is a useful addition to a software library. It runs on the Apple II, II+ and IIe microcomputers.
