The young and wise are late to rise
Article Abstract:
Studies reveal that teenagers and young adults tend to rise late from sleep and are therefore, less alert in early mornings and more alert later in the day. This affects their ability to learn in the morning, and thus, their sleep patterns should be considered and lessons rescheduled in order to minimize high levels of analytical and intellectual activities in the morning, a time that is suboptimal for their performance.
