There's life after 21..
Article Abstract:
An analysis of the UK government's higher education bill, media coverage of the debate about the bill, and the way the debate has focused almost entirely on undergraduate students with little or no attention being given to postgraduates. It is argued that more attention needs to be paid to postgraduates for a number of reasons, amongst which are the fact that postgraduate students numbers have been growing faster than undergraduate numbers and the fact that more postgraduates will be needed if the government is to meet its targets for higher education participation by 2010.
