Triumphs amidst disaster: Clinton's foreign policy success
Article Abstract:
Pres. Clinton's has achieved some degree of success in his foreign policy initiatives. Contrary to what his critics assess, the central policies of the Clinton administration is not as bad as what it is projected to be. This is evident, among others, in his dealings with Russia, the NATO expansion and the human rights situation in China.
