Article Abstract:
Issues concerning attitudes opposing the unionization of teaching assistants at Yale University are discussed. Particular attention is given to opinions expressed by Paul Kennedy with regard to the problem of strikes initiated by teaching assistants asking for unionization.

Yale and Peru agree on artifacts' return
Article Abstract:
Yale University signed a deal with the Government of Peru in September 2007 to return several artifacts from the Incan site of Machu Picchu. The artifacts were discovered and taken to the U.S. by archaeologist Hiram Bingham between 1911 and 1915.
