LC65F1306A flash microcontrollers
Article Abstract:
Sanyo Semiconductor Corp's LC65F1306A flash microcontroller is one of the first 24-pin flash microcontrollers for small-scale control of home appliances. It can replace standard logic circuits, and uses the company's SFW-2S on-board rewriting system for writing on personal computers. Self- rewrite functions allows users to rewrite the data in flash memory freely during normal operation. There are four mask ROM versions with different capacities. Samples cost $7.
