MN39320 1/6-inch CCDs
Article Abstract:
Matsushita Electronics Corp's MN39320 1/6-inch CCD integrates 350,000 pixels in a square arrangement that is consistent with VGA specification. The configuration is 699 x 501 pixels, and sensitivity at F8.1 and 30 sec is equivalent to that of a 1/4-inch CCD at a 200mV format. The CCD displays precise images without distortion. Samples, offered in small- outline and dual inline packages, are available for $46. Each pixel in the CCD measures 3.75 micrometers.
