Pioneer's high-end DVD player pursues matchless image, sound
Article Abstract:
Pioneer Electronic Corp has received acclaim for its new DV-09 DVd player due to its ability to provide matchless image and sound. The player, introduced along with two models in Apr 1998, features a newly developed frame cyclic-format digital noise reduction (DNR) system, in addition to 10-bit/27 MHz processing and 10-bit video image D/A conversion that allows clearer and sharper pictures. DV-09 also touts varied playback options for easy rewinding of frames and images.
