Internal grounding cuts installed cost of vaults
Article Abstract:
The Puget Sound Power and Light Co. was able to make substantial savings by changing vault grounding standards to internally grounded vaults from ground plate electrodes. The change vault saves the company $20/vault, amounting to an annual savings of over $50,000/year.
