Consumers nowadays closely evaluate service agreements for electronics, which cover repair or replacement costs on top of manufacturer warranty, due to the increasing complexity of products. These service agreements offer customers peace of mind, and they provide retailers with a new revenue stream. Methods on marketing and improving service agreements on consumer electronics are discussed.
