A powerplant in Moscow, OH, that was the first in the US to convert from nuclear to coal power maintains record power production through good management. Owned by three utilities, the plant has thoroughly trained personnel, well-planned design and high performance standards.

FERC issues an assertive NOPR
Article Abstract:
The FERC has approved a rule that requires electric utilities to make transmission planning and capacity information public. FERC estimates that 200 utilities will be affected. This information would help third party transmission seekers find available capacity.
