Coriolis-based mass flow meter and controller
Article Abstract:
Brooks Instrument has introduced the Quantim Coriolis-based mass flow meter and controller. The flow meter and controller, which is designed for low-flow applications, is touted to be able to handle a variety of applications that previously need several different controllers. In addition, the company claims that the flow meter and controller has an accuracy of better than 0.5%, regardless of the fluid being metered.
