He believes that his Six Sigma Breakthrough Strategy, a system for converting quality improvements into bottom-line gains, is a successful model, and is unwilling to deal with people who do not wish to conform to this model. He feels that the real strength of Six Sigma is its use as a standardized rate of beneficial change in a business operations metric.

Quality Progress 2000 salary survey: inspectors see big increases; ahead of technicians
