Learning from Columbia
Article Abstract:
The space shuttle Columbia (STS-107) broke apart upon re-entry into Earth's atmosphere and all seven crewmembers perished on February 1, 2003. Quality processes and results are part of space exploration, and understanding what went wrong and what can be learned from such tragedy would help one improve one's organization.

Quitting, even in tough times

Quitting is tough but controlling ones career is his own responsibility, and quitting a job can be a tactic that allows a person to take control. In good, times quitting a job is a powerful career strategy, but in difficult times quitting may be even more powerful.
