Standards are a way of life, which apply to numerous fields, products, services, process, etc. They form a benchmark, which has to be met or a base for comparisons to be carried out with. These standards need to be improved upon from time to time, as per changing requirements to benefit the consumer. Guidelines to improve upon standards have been given.
