Progress stalls at the 11th hour
Article Abstract:
Perfection Products Inc. continues to work towards ISO 9000 certification. However, the company's efforts to become ISO 9000-certified have been hindered by setbacks, such as document discrepancies owing to the destruction of quality manuals, system procedures and work instructions, as well as the suspension of internal audits, and the apprehensions of Pres. and owner John Vickery over the final cost of the project, which is estimated to reach $75,000 to $100,000.
