The problem with harmony
Article Abstract:
R&D managers are tasked with charting the course of their company's future. This is the thesis presented by AT and T Bell Labs VP for Research Arno Penzias in his book entitled 'Harmony.' Penzias believes that the second information revolution, which will be guided by R&D teams, will be an harmonious one. In this era of integrated services, Penzias foresees an increased role for consumers in creating interactive, multimedia products.
