Article Abstract:
The University of Pacific's school of dentistry worked hard to develop an evaluation/decision/process improvement map so that its faculty could track educational process yields and process capability indexes. It is pointed out that it is difficult to link evaluation to process improvement decisions when introducing quality in higher education.
