Electrical services company Hedley Inc. has been reorganized into two divisions by its new chief executive Alan Tuohy. The company, founded by Richard Hibbins, has been divided into an IT division and a Specialist Services unit, reflecting the increasing importance IT services, which account for around 66% of Hedley's 3 million pounds sterling turnover, with traditional electrical work representing just 10% of business. Tuohy's introduction of new management and training techniques is transforming Hedley into an efficient company that prides itself on providing a high level of service and quality.
