Managers need to find better methods of financial analysis to measure the cash flows implications of cost improvements when implementing a total quality management (TQM) system. They also need to achieve customer satisfaction at the least cost. TQM can offer benefits including satisfied customers, motivated employees and improved process yields, which in turn can mean increased revenues for a company.
